PAUL BAKERY BRINGS PARISIAN SUMMER TO LONDON
This summer, PAUL is bringing a little Parisian café culture to the high street. The French bakery is launching its first-ever collection of refreshing summer coolers alongside new pâtisserie, celebration cakes and seasonal bites designed for long lunches and sunny gatherings alike.
Inspired by the effortless indulgence of a Parisian summer, the new drinks line-up sees PAUL serving coolers for the very first time. From the Matcha Coconut Cooler to the Espresso Cooler (in caramel or vanilla for coffee lovers), alongside the fruity Hibiscus Cooler and Wild Strawberry Cooler – there’s something refreshing for all tastes.
Even dessert gets the drinks treatment, with the new Eton Mess Frappe blending berries and cream into one indulgent sip, while the Banana Split Frappe channels nostalgic ice cream parlour flavours.
PAUL’s pâtisserie line-up has also had a summer glow-up. Perfect for grabbing on the go between meetings or for a mid-afternoon treat, new additions include a Matcha & Strawberry Éclair, a Pistachio Pastel de Nata and a Blueberry Millefeuille.
For those summer occasions when arriving empty-handed simply won’t do, PAUL’s new celebration cakes are made for the moment. From the floral Honey & Lavender Cake to the tropical Passionfruit & Coconut Cake and a rich Basque Cheesecake, they’re ideal for birthdays, garden parties and lazy lunches in the sun. For the perfect gift or milestone event, cakes can be personalised.
For weekday lunches, the new salads and sandwiches offer something a little more elevated than the usual desk lunch. There’s a Taco Bean Salad, Puy Lentil & Artichoke Salad or Tuna & Cannellini Bean Salad, alongside seasonal sandwiches layered into PAUL’s artisan bread, including Chicken Guacamole and Ham and Brie & Apple. Très délicieux, non?
