Pret A Manger is bringing its Christmas Sandwich back this July for those who missed out last year

Pret A Manger has brought back its much-loved sandwich for a limited time after being inundated with messages from customers who missed out last December. Because no one should ever have to miss a Pret Christmas, the iconic sandwich will hit shelves of Pret shops nationwide from Tuesday 6th July, helping to bring some festive cheer to customers, even if it is in July.

To celebrate, Christmas legend and Slade lead singer Noddy Holder stars in a new video heralding the return of Pret’s CHRIIIIIISSSTMAAAS sandwich – his favourite December sarnie – and will be giving away 100 Christmas sandwiches* to customers of Pret’s 182 Wardour Street store in London from 11am on Tuesday 6th July.

Served up with thick slices of British turkey in a port & orange cranberry sauce the Christmas Sandwich is filled with a herby pork stuffing, baby spinach leaves and is finished with a dab of free-range mayo. Topped with delicious crispy onions – it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser and will be on sale until the first week of August. The sandwich won’t be back until the festive season this winter.

As well as serving up early festive joy for the nation, 50p from every Christmas sandwich sold will be donated to The Pret Foundation, which works to alleviate poverty, hunger and homelessness for the past 25 years.

While we can’t change the weather or the football scores this summer, we can help people celebrate and recreate some festive joy by reuniting them with their favourite Christmas sandwich.”

For vegans and veggies, Pret will share the Vegan Nut Roast recipe on their social channels to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy a taste of Pret Christmas cheer this summer.

The Christmas Sandwich will be available in Pret shops nationwide from 10am 6th July until the first week of August and can also be ordered straight to door via delivery partners like Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
