Region Security Guarding Recognised with Three Nominations at the 2025 Security & Fire Excellence Awards
Region Security Guarding is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted in three major categories at this year’s Security & Fire Excellence Awards — an event that shines a spotlight on innovation, dedication, and outstanding performance across the UK’s security and fire industries.
The company has been named a finalist for:
● Security Guarding Company of the Year (under £35m turnover)
● Security & Fire Best Customer Service Provider
● Security & Fire Diversity and Inclusion Champion
The awards ceremony will take place on Monday, 1 December 2025, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London, which is one of the most prestigious gatherings in the industry calendar.
A Milestone Moment for the Region Team
These nominations represent a proud milestone in Region Security Guarding’s journey. Since its founding, the company has worked with a clear mission to raise standards in the security industry through professionalism, reliability, and a strong people-first culture.
Over the past year, Region Security Guarding has continued to expand its presence across the UK, investing in staff training, new technology, and customer experience to ensure every client receives the highest standard of service.
Recognition Across the Board
Being shortlisted for Security Guarding Company of the Year reflects Region’s consistent performance across sectors including retail, logistics, construction, and corporate security.
The Customer Service nomination highlights the company’s commitment to transparency, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships, putting relationships ahead of quick wins.
Perhaps most notably, the Diversity and Inclusion Champion nomination celebrates Region’s belief that a truly inclusive workplace is the foundation of sustainable success. Around 80% of Region’s workforce come from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds, and the company has made meaningful strides to turn equality and inclusion from policy into practice.
