Robbie Williams’ LMA joins prestigious global network
LMA – the media, music and performing arts institution co-owned by Robbie Williams – has joined the Galileo Global Education Network, paving the way for students to undergo their training at an international level.
With 55 schools, colleges and universities based across 15 countries, Galileo is Europe’s largest higher education provider, enabling students to access facilities in partnered institutions, as well as giving education providers the opportunity to expand their reach and accelerate growth.
As part of the network, LMA students will have the chance to study abroad for a year and become integrated with other institutions’ learning programmes, becoming part of Galileo’s 170,000-strong cohort across the world.
Based across two campuses – Metquarter Liverpool and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London – LMA offers undergraduate courses in Acting, Digital Film & TV Production, Digital Games Art, Music Performance & Industry, Dance and Musical Theatre.
Global superstar Robbie Williams, who joined the board of directors in 2019, has welcomed the move to join the network and believes it will provide the perfect springboard to develop students’ talents even further.
He said: “LMAstudents are the ultimate creators – our goal at LMA is give them the tools to help shape the creative world we live in.”
Listed within Galileo’s roster are international centres such as drama school Cours Florent, Paris; Macromedia University, Germany; Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media, Norway; and renowned fashion design school Istituto Marangoni, located across Milan, London, Paris and Dubai.
