Ronnie wood releases 10 for 2021 limited edition setlist box set
Ronnie Wood today announces 10 for 2021, a signed, limited edition collection of setlist prints to mark his recent birthday. One of the world’s foremost rock musicians, Ronnie has pursued a remarkable parallel career as an influential fine artist and his beautifully finished setlists have become hugely popular with fans.
A true collectors item, this edition of just 100 contains Ronnie’s personal selection of 10 setlists, marking many of the most influential and career defining Rolling Stones gigs. The beautiful customised box is marked with a metallic foil red stamp of authentication and includes an exclusive print, hand numbered and signed by Ronnie.
The setlists are lively, energetic, and unique, capturing the essence of the band’s creative dynamism and drawing forth memories of live music at its absolute best. The box set includes setlists from Baton Rouge, Louisiana 1975, Ronnie’s first show with the Stones on his birthday of that year, their Glastonbury debut in 2013, the set list from Rio de Janerio 2006, the biggest rock gig to have ever taken place and Havana, 2016, the historic free gig performed to hundreds of thousands marking the return of rock music to Cuba.
Ronnie always handwrites these colourful mementos in his dressing room before each gig when the band are touring. At first it was just for fun, as Ronnie had always had a passion for calligraphy, but soon the artworks began to serve a more practical purpose.
Ronnie Wood is Guest Artist at Saatchi Art’s The Other Art Fair London
from 1-4 July.
