Showhome specialists Style & Stage are offering £15,000 home dressing & styling solutions to help housebuilders & estate agents sell properties
Leading showhome specialists, Style & Stage, are offering bespoke furniture and dressing solutions to purchase, aimed at housebuilders, developers, investors and estate agents to help them market and sell new and second-hand residential properties across London and the Home Counties.
For clients wanting to purchase furniture and accessories that will then be dressed and styled for a unit, Style & Stage, will work closely with the client to devise a solution that meets their property and budget requirements. As a guide, prices for Style & Stage’s dressing and styling services start from £15,000, with the company able to dress and style the full spectrum of properties including apartments, penthouses and houses.
Founded in 2016 by co-Directors Leiselle De Napoli and Hayley Rodol, Style & Stage specialises in providing clients looking to dress, style and market properties with a value-for-money, rapid-response one-stop-shop for dressing and styling empty unsold homes.
Working alongside real estate investors like Cain International; leading housebuilders, including Galliard Homes, London’s largest privately owned residential developer; and Acorn Property Group, a luxury boutique developer; alongside estate agents, landowners, professional property investors and private clients, Style & Stage focus on skilfully dressing and staging interiors and outside balconies and terraces in order to showcase the lifestyle on offer at the properties.
Leiselle and Hayley highlight that their involvement can add significant value to the sales and marketing process with housebuilder clients such as Galliard Homes finding that properties dressed by Style & Stage sell on average three times more quickly than an equivalent built and completed unit that has not been dressed and staged. With the UK housing market has restarted and there has been a dramatic release in pent-up demand from buyers, housebuilders, investors and estate agents are needing to market and sell unsold stock.
Over the last five years Style & Stage have built up a loyal network of clients, staging their properties with bespoke dressing solutions, helping to enhance their sales value and using their styling techniques to accelerate the speed in which the property sells.
With a key attribute of their business being fine attention to detail, Leiselle and Hayley utilise their experience from working in both the fashion and property industries to stage an interior using interesting colours, striking furniture and stylish accessories to create an eye catching environment which allows the potential purchaser to envision themselves living in the space.
Once appointed, the team from Style & Stage will visit a client’s property in order to gather inspiration and initial ideals on staging. Once the duo have a floorplan, they will devise a theme for the property and source bespoke pieces from their trusted network of suppliers. Style & Stage will then create an authentic ‘character’ for the project by visiting the neighbourhood, speaking to local estate agents and shop owners and buying local pieces for the living spaces.
Recent projects by Style & Stage include the show penthouse at Islington Square, a mixed use development of 214 warehouse style apartments complete with leisure and retail facilities, by lead developer Cain International.
Style & Stage created a bespoke dressing solution for the three bedroom penthouse at Islington Square, which provides 2,552 sqft of living space, complete with 2,220 sqft of external private rooftop terraces. Style & Stage have dressed the spaces using neutral tones, high quality accessories and unique furniture sourced from across Europe, creating striking interiors that reflect the cosmopolitan vibe of Islington. Style & Stage worked with a mixture of textures and greenery, with the aim of bringing the outdoors inside, as well as using bespoke detailing in each of the bathrooms in order to create a spa-like atmosphere.
Another recent Style & Stage project has been the dressing and staging of the show penthouse a Trilogy in Borough, a scheme of 27 luxury apartments by developers Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group.
The two bedroom duplex penthouse at Trilogy provides 1,216 sqft of living space, complete with a 613 sqft private rooftop terrace providing breath-taking views of London’s skyline. Taking inspiration from these views, Style & Stage matched the area’s historical credentials with buyer’s aspirations to live in the heart of London. With expansive entertaining spaces and an abundance of light, the staging of the penthouse complements the development’s location and architecture with an array of exquisite furniture pieces and accessories in neutral tones and a mixture of textures, with the dressing including furniture pieces made of natural wood, greenery and chic accessories.
With Hayley having a background in fashion and Leiselle having over 25 years’ worth of experience in property, the two directors have developed a business which fuses their expertise and utilises their knowledge to provide clients with a high-quality service. Leiselle manages suppliers, sourcing and logistics whilst Hayley deals with the dressing and styling of the properties.
Prior to launching Style & Stage, Hayley Rodol worked in fashion, manufacturing ladies clothes for the high street, then she took a break to have a family and developed her passion for interiors and worked on helping friends and family members with their projects and this success led Hayley to decide to start Style and Stage with Leiselle.
From a young age, Leiselle De Napoli was always interested in property. After growing up with a family who worked in property, Leiselle began her career at the young age of 18. Leiselle’s property career included working at leading estate agent Chestertons, where she focused on rentals, becoming a property manager and working with blue chip companies in St John’s Wood and Hampstead. Throughout her career, Leiselle developed an impressive network of likeminded property professionals, and is always aware of the latest development projects and overall property market activity.
David Galman, Sales Director at Galliard Homes says: “After working closely with Style & Stage for several years, Galliard Homes have developed a trusted relationship with the company and we have had numerous successful deals due to their fantastic staging. At developments such as Trilogy and Islington Square, where Style & Stage have been involved in several projects, we have seen an accelerated level of deals helped by the show homes that they have dressed, with our dressed properties selling on average three times quicker than empty completed units.”
