Taste of Autumn: PAUL Bakery Unveils New Seasonal Menu Items
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, PAUL Bakery UK is welcoming autumn with a new menu of sweet and savoury creations. Launching on 17th September, expect bold, flavour-led twists on PAUL classics alongside cosy nostalgic bakes, available at all bakery locations across London, Reading and Oxford.
New Savoury Creations
Halloumi & Red Pepper Croque with Hot Honey (£6.60) Hot honey – the sweet-meets-spicy condiment taking the food world by storm – gets the PAUL treatment in a fresh twist on their classic croque. Halloumi, roasted red pepper, spinach and a drizzle of fiery-sweet hot honey come together on crisp walnut bread, toasted to perfection.
Rosette Sandwich (£5.95) Back by popular demand, PAUL’s signature cheese bread is topped with Italian salami, gherkins, butter and Emmental cheese. What’s more, the sandwich can be ordered as part of the lunch meal-deal, where customers can get an artisan sandwich or salad alongside a sweet beignet and select drink for £7 daily.
New Sweet Treats
Apple Crumble Éclair (£4.95) PAUL is baking nostalgia this autumn with a range of sweet treats in classic flavours. The new Apple Crumble Éclair features a light, flaky choux pastry filled with smooth pastry cream, spiced apple compote and caramel fondant, topped with a crunchy crumble. The ultimate autumn indulgence!
Mini Beignet Pomme (£1.30 each or 5 for £5) PAUL’s beignets are classic French treats. Expect golden, bite-sized pastries, gently fried until crisp, now with a limited-edition soft centre of apple compote and caramel fondant, finished with a light dusting of sugar.
Pecan Tart (£4.85) A buttery, golden pastry filled with caramelised pecans that delivers nutty richness in every bite.
Pear & Chocolate Bombe Cake (£25) Serving up to six people, juicy pear is paired with a decadent dark chocolate ganache on a sponge base, finished with delicate chocolate shavings. The perfect treat to share with friends and family.
These seasonal treats join PAUL’s much-loved staples – from freshly made sandwiches and baguettes to Parisian viennoiserie and handcrafted cakes – alongside warming drinks perfect for colder weather, including rich hot chocolates, spiced chai lattes and matcha lattes.
