Stephan Bucher is an experienced and highly sought after hospitality and marketing expert. Beginning his career in some of the world’s most renowned hotel brands, his first position was at the 5-star Reef Hotel Casino in Australia where he developed the restaurant concept Tamarind. Over 20 years on, the restaurant remains one of the top dining establishments in the country having been awarded a coveted Chef Hat – the Australian equivalent of a Michelin star.

Stephan currently lives in Haggerston in East London and continues to inspire and educate others through his spokesmanship for east London as a neighbourhood to live in and a culinary hotspot.
