UK’s unique small businesses – Sugavision, the world’s supplier of hyper-realistic cannab*s plants to the global film, TV and entertainment sector
Sugavision is a small London based business but the world’s leading supplier of hyper-realistic, artificial cannabis plants and props, along with all manner of beautiful botany, to the film and TV industry. Sugavision also sells a wide range of fake marijuana plants for home or business. Founded by Marko Waschke, 1967 (56), Sugavision stores all its plants in Norwood, SW2.
Established in 1999 by Master Greensman, Marko Waschke, the very first batch of replica cannabis plants were created for the feature film Saving Grace, and from this success, Sugavision was created and constantly expands and refines the range to cover pretty much every movie-marijuana scenario you can think of! The focus is on creating perfect props for the 4K creative world we now live in.
Sugavision props are the professional’s choice for movies and tv work, educational events, as well as artistic performances and exhibitions around the world. Increasingly, Sugavision also supply faux cannabis items to the CBD and wellness retail markets. Sugavision are experts in the bespoke creation of life-like botanical props. We cover the full gambit, from pollen particles all the way up to full-sized flowering trees! For over 20 years, we’ve been bringing visions to life and take considerable pride in our products and craft. Created from carefully sourced foliage and engineered flowers and buds, each plant of every project is assembled and finished by hand, with key attention to detail, quality and realism. We offer a full design service, including on-set consultancy and project management.
