British solar company UKSOL is expanding its reach into the home energy market, with Wilko, Homebase and PlumbNation now listing its Plug-In Solar Pro kits online – just over a month after the first to be compliant in the country range launched on 27 August.

The additions bring UKSOL’s solar kits to more familiar household retailers, alongside Argos, Very and a growing network of electrical and renewable-energy specialists.

Retailers and specialist sellers listing UKSOL plug-in solar kits include:

Argos • Very • Wilko • Homebase • PlumbNation • City Plumbing • Crampton & Moore • Electricals Online • Electrical2Go • Green2Go • Plug In Solar • SolarKits.co.uk • PlumbWorld • Nuvision Energy • Supac

Customers can also buy directly from UKSOL. Model availability and delivery dates vary by retailer.

Plug-In Solar Pro enables households with suitable outdoor space to generate electricity for use at home without a full rooftop solar installation. Kits combine UKSOL solar panels, mounting equipment and a microinverter, with app monitoring to track generation.

Andrew Moore, Founder and CEO of UKSOL:

“Plug-in solar is moving into mainstream retail, and UKSOL is helping make that happen. Just a month after launch, customers can find our kits through household names and specialist suppliers across the country.

“Greater availability must go hand in hand with quality. Our focus is on dependable equipment, clear installation guidance and support from a British company that stands behind its products.”

UKSOL is inviting further retailers and distributors to join its expanding network.
