Vampire Tides & the Underworld with House of Hades: Halloween at Sexy Fish London and Bacchanalia
This Halloween, Sexy Fish London and Bacchanalia will transform for a weekend of immersive dining and late-night celebrations in Mayfair. Taking place across 28-31 October, guests can expect headline DJs, theatrical performers, Halloween cocktails and two distinct after-dark worlds spanning gothic vampires and ancient mythology.
On Saturday 31 October, Sexy Fish London presents Scary Fish: Vampire Tide, a one-night Halloween takeover in partnership with Don Julio 1942. Inspired by gothic glamour and an underwater vampire world, the restaurant will feature seven theatrical performers and interactive characters, alongside a secret headline DJ from 11.30pm-2am.
Guests can choose from a Dinner Experience from 9pm (£100 deposit redeemable against food and drinks), a Bar Experience from 11:30pm (£200 per person with unlimited drinks to include a £100 deposit), or a Late-Night Experience from 11:45pm (£50 redeemable deposit). Costumes are encouraged.
From 26-31 October, Sexy Fish will serve four limited-edition Halloween cocktails in partnership with Don Julio, including Queen of Thorns (£21), with prickly pear, pomelo and white tea, and A Ghost That Feeds (£22), with guava, woodruff and Earl Grey. The Bar Experience includes a selection of cocktails Margaritas, Passionfruit Martinis, house spirits and signature Halloween cocktails, One Eyed Owl and Blood of My Blood.
A Halloween Dessert Platter, Eat Your Heart Out (£60) will feature playful creations including hazelnut chocolate Dracula’s Coffin, yuzu and strawberry Blood Rose, chocolate fondant Lava of the Underworld and bat-shaped chocolate Fangs of the Night. Available 28th – 31st October.
Meanwhile, Bacchanalia will open the gates to the Underworld with House of Hades, taking over Apollo’s Muse on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October in partnership with Patrón Tequila and Grey Goose Vodka. Guests can sip on specially curated cocktails, including the Apollo’s Picante (£18), made with Patrón Reposado Tequila, cucumber, basil, chipotle and mastiha and East to West (£18), blending Grey Goose Altius Vodka with elderflower, mastiha and citrus. The immersive Halloween parties will combine mythology-inspired themes, cocktails and late-night DJ sets in the Mayfair restaurant.
Melé headlines Friday from 11.30pm-1.30am, with entry priced at £75, before Disciples takes over on Halloween night on the 31st from 11.30pm-1.30am, with entry priced at £100. Tables with minimum spends are also available across both evenings.
Together, Sexy Fish London and Bacchanalia will turn Mayfair into a playground for the after-dark this Halloween, with two distinctly different worlds to step into. From the gothic glamour and underwater vampires of Scary Fish: Vampire Tide to the mythological decadence of House of Hades, the neighbouring restaurants are taking Halloween beyond the traditional dinner reservation, combining food, cocktails, music and immersive theatre for two of the capital’s most elaborate Halloween celebrations.
