Weston triple launch £144m sales across South East developments

Award-winning house-builder Weston Homes has simultaneously launched the sales at three key property developments across the South East; Gun Hill Park in Aldershot, which sees the transformation of a Grade II Listed Military Hospital; Victoria Central in Southend-on-Sea, featuring modern apartments in the popular seaside town; and 1023 West in Brentwood, where apartments and townhouses are being developed alongside a converted Georgian Manor house.

All three developments launched for sale on Friday 19th February, following over 2,200 buyers registering interest for the new homes. Weston Homes says that despite COVID-19 presenting market challenges, buyer demand is very strong, with numerous reservations already recorded at the sites over the first weekend.
