Romans Estate Agents (part of Leaders Romans Group) has launched a new competition with a chance to win a luxury weekend away in Rome for every face-to-face home valuation and instruction of sale before 15 May 2023.

Have a home valuation or list your home with Romans before 15 May 2023 to be in with a chance of winning a luxurious weekend break in Rome and experience the magic of the Eternal City, from stunning ancient architecture to delectable Italian cuisine.

The prize includes a weekend in a luxury hotel in Rome for any date within 2023 – whether you want to take the family or have a kid-free break, you’ll stay in a hotel that suits your needs. Return flights are from a London airport – convenient and close; you’ll get flights to suit you.

Your trip to Rome, could include a premium transfer to your hotel, a stay in a luxury hotel and a cultural excursion, to see either the sights of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon amongst others. Also included is £500 spending money for food, drink, experiences and of course mementoes. Working with our partner Kuoni, you’ll be able to create a trip to suit your requirements worth up to a value of £5000.

To enter into the prize draw, applicants will need to have had a valuation of their home or have listed it with one of Romans’ branches before 15 May 2023. Should homeowners have both a valuation and also instruct Romans to list their home for sale, then they are eligible for two entries into the prize draw.
