At Canada Life, he was part of a leadership team that grew the Group Employee Benefits Business into one of the largest market players, protecting millions of employees and their families. At MetLife, Ranger played a transformational role in developing Group Income Protection offerings and fostering commercial partnerships with wellbeing providers, underscoring the critical role of health and wellbeing services in the Protection market.
