Chestnut Gardens care home, in Purley holds regular Community Café days on last Wednesday of every month from 2:30- 4:30pm
Chestnut Gardens has built up an excellent reputation in its local communities through this event. This has become a day in many people’s diaries that everyone looks forward to, not just residents but guests and the entertainers who also come in to perform, they especially like the vibe and always say they cannot wait to come back and perform again.
General Manager, Gayane Selimyan of Chestnut Gardens, said: “Our staff and the people who live here have really got involved with this event and many other activities we hold at the home and have really enjoyed themselves. The residents and guests really do engage with each other and it is such a joy to see.
