Father’s Day at Novikov: Cooking Masterclass with Seafood, Cocktails & Italian Flair

This Father’s Day, Novikov Restaurant & Bar is turning up the heat with an exclusive hands-on Italian cooking masterclass on Saturday, 20th June.

From grilling squid with Amalfi lemon chilli to mastering a whole salt-crust sea bream, guests will spend the afternoon cooking, sipping and dining alongside Novikov’s chefs, before sitting down to a celebratory lunch and signature whiskey cocktail.

On the Menu for the Masterclass:
Grilled Squid with Amalfi lemon chilli, courgettes & asparagus
Salt Crust Whole Sea Bream with Mediterranean sauce
(including a live demonstration on preparing and cooking whole fish)
Chocolate Cigar & Coffee

Guests will kick things off with a continental breakfast featuring pastries, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea and orange juice before the cooking begins.

Drinks Include
Beer or wine during the masterclass
“It’s Dad’s Time To Relax” cocktail served with lunch
Single Grain Whiskey, fresh citrus, Cocchi Americano & cherry liqueur
