And with a whole year of FREE Dave’s Hot Chicken up for grabs this is one pull off you won’t want to finish early.

To celebrate the arrival of its internet breaking Hot Mozz on British shores, the cult US chicken brand is taking the nation’s obsession with melted cheese to ridiculous new heights, bringing together 24 cheese loving contenders for an all out battle of the pulls.

Forget your usual food challenges. This isn’t about how much you can eat or how much heat you can handle. It’s all about how long you can make it stretch.

Taking place at Dave’s Hot Chicken, Shaftesbury Avenue, London on Wednesday 18th November 2026 from 6pm, The Great British Pull Off will see 24 competitors, including members of the public, media and influencers, go head-to-head in a no holds barred knockout tournament to see who can deliver the longest, most glorious Hot Mozz cheese pull.

Armed with Dave’s Nashville spiced golden, crispy, molten mozzarella sticks, competitors will put their pulling skills to the ultimate test, with charismatic host, Fat Boi London, on hand to keep the crowd entertained. The rules are simple: pull it long, or you’re gone.

And when the final string of mozzarella snaps, just one lucky legend will walk away with the ultimate bragging rights, the title of The Great British Pull Off Champion, and a year’s supply of FREE Dave’s Hot Chicken.

You don’t need to be a professional eater, a TikTok sensation or even particularly talented at anything else. If you love cheese, have a competitive streak and reckon you can pull off something spectacular, Dave’s wants to see what you’ve got.

The gloriously ridiculous championship comes as Dave’s finally answers the prayers of British cheese lovers, as they finally brought its viral Hot Mozz to UK restaurants on Thursday 5 November and Dublin on Monday 9th November.

Made for dunking, stretching and delivering the kind of cheese pull that deserves its own slow-motion replay, Hot Mozz is available in all seven of Dave’s signature spice levels, from Not Hot right through to the infamous Reaper.

Applications for The Great British Pull Off are now open via Eventbrite, with just 14 public competitors and 50 public spectator places available.
