Carlton House Terrace announces refreshed supplier list, with 20 new partners on the roster
Carlton House Terrace, home of the British Academy, has confirmed 41 accredited and recommended suppliers on three-year contracts, following its first open tender since 2023, which attracted 61 applications. Nearly half the list is new, with 20 new partners joining 21 returning suppliers across nine categories.
Production has been almost entirely refreshed, with Carby & Co., Clownfish Events, Focus Lighting & Productions and London Filmed joining returning partner Ash Event Productions to support the venue’s hybrid-ready lower ground floor spaces. Blank Canvas Entertainment is taking a new direction with a focus on production.
Every appointed supplier evidenced experience of working in listed buildings and committed to the venue’s sustainability and EDI pledges, with sustainability a key factor in every appointment. New partners include B Corp-certified London Filmed, ISO 14001-certified décor house Balloonista and Green Mark-accredited furniture specialist Hire It, joining returning B Corp Lavender Green Flowers.
Accessibility remains a dedicated category, sitting alongside florists, production, entertainment, photography, planners, cake, décor and furniture. All three accessibility partners have been reappointed: MyClearText (live captioning, BSL and International Sign), TranslateAble (interpreting and translation) and Safe and Sound Events (event childcare). Their return gives planners inclusion specialists who already know the venue.
