FROM EMILIA WITH FIZZ: LAMBRUSCO DAY AT TOZI VICTORIA

Once misunderstood and often maligned, Lambrusco is having a moment. With its dry sparkle, low ABV, and food-friendly freshness, this deeply Italian wine is back in vogue – and better than ever. From 17th–21st June, TOZI Restaurant & Bar in Victoria will be celebrating Lambrusco Day (21st June) with a limited-edition menu that shines a light on the very best of Emilia-Romagna, the heartland of this fizzing revival.
Diners can indulge in a selection of regional impressive antipasti such as mortadella, Parma ham and coppa, alongside a creamy Sqaucquerone cheese (specifically from Emilia-Romagna) and golden Gnocco fritto; all perfectly paired with a selection of Lambrusco sparkling wines and cocktails.
Produced by Paltrinieri winery, located in the heart of Sorbara, Italy, enjoy the Lambrusco Radice, vibrant and fresh with lively acidity and notes of apple and pomegranate; or the Lambrusco Solco, smooth and delicate with aromas of black cherry. If cocktails are more your style, enjoy a Negroni Sbagliato al Lambrusco or a Lambrusco Vermouth Negroni.
Available exclusively at TOZI Restaurant & Bar, the limited-edition Lambrusco Menu is £30pp and includes the full antipasti spread and two drinks, available 17th – 21st June.
