Grunberg & Co to help businesses get to grips with Making Tax Digital

With just months to go until the Government launches its new digital tax regime, Top 100 accountancy firm Grunberg & Co is to host a series of free seminars to help businesses prepare.

From April 2019, all VAT-registered businesses over the VAT threshold (£85,000) will be required to submit quarterly VAT reports online using specialist HM Revenue & Customs-compliant software.

In response to this, the leading firm will be offering entrepreneurs and owners the chance to get up to speed with Making Tax Digital (MTD) and online accounting through a series of free seminars at its office in Colindale, North London.

The events on 13 November 2018 and 14 February 2018 will cover the requirements of the new MTD regime, the benefits of online accounting using software such as Xero and the support Grunberg & Co can provide.

Ben Grunberg, Partner at Grunberg & Co, said: “With Making Tax Digital just months away it is important that those businesses that are initially affected are properly prepared, which is why we are encouraging companies to join us for this series of seminars.

“At Grunberg & Co we offer a simple solution that allows businesses to take an active role in their accounts via software while benefitting from real-time collaboration with our team – no matter where they are in the world.”
