INDEPENDENT DESIGNERS IN THE FRAME AT 100% OPTICAL

Independent eyewear brands will be a key focus at 100% Optical, with a myriad of exclusives and exciting launches when the show returns to London’s ExCeL from April 23rd-25th.

COTI Vision, David Green Eyewear, Kirk & Kirk, Gotti Switzerland and Lid Vision are just a few of the independents exhibiting at the three-day show, with many showcasing sustainable innovation and environmentally-friendly materials.

Highlights include:

COTI Vision – launch of Eden, part of a new reading glass collection with frames made from Italian developed Hexetate, an environmentally-friendly patented acrylic
David Green Eyewear – handcrafted, biodegradable eyewear; fallen tree leaves are dried, dyed, set inside a natural, cotton-based acetate. Other natural materials used include reeds and real mother of pearl
Waterhaul – 100% Recycled Fishing Net Eyewear. Exclusive Sennen optical frame is made from 100% recycled monofilament nylon fishing nets, sourced from Cornwall
Kirk & Kirk – new for 2022, the Centiles Collection combines the two-toned pattern from their Kaleidoscope range with the chunky 10mm thickness used in the Centena Collection
Lid Vision – 100% Optical will host the launch of the optical and sun collection, a new innovative product that solves a real problem for motorcyclists and full face helmet wearers
Gotti Switzerland – launch of Hanlon/Heins – a new range of acetate frames, milled from solid acetate sheets and polished by hand
2020 Optical Services – showcasing new designs by British brands Duck and Cover, Joe Brown and Racing Green
Feb 31st Eyewear – showcasing a new collaboration with Manchester United footballer Jesse Lingard – FEB Shades – part of an exclusive collection: Hold The Vision Trust The Process
Caron Eyewear – the independent British brand launches its third collection, featuring precision lamination in glorious colour combinations
Johann Von Goisern – 100% Optical will showcase the latest Art collection of handmade Austrian frames – a very modern twist on the JVG collection
Charmant – showcasing a range of new collections, including Ad Lib, Esprit and Minamoto
Trisottica – the London show will host the launch of the new Lamarca Eyewear range – seven new frames focused on chromatic composition and its exclusive acetate bonding technique
William Morris – showcasing its Spring/Summer 2022 collection of metallic styles with colourful hues, along with its luxurious Black Label range
Eyespace – the new Range Rover Optical Collection of 12 ultra-premium Japanese beta-titanium optical frames will be on show at 100% Optical
Tree Spectacles – showing new season collections including three timeless block titanium styles called Timon, Gioele and Iside.
