The housebuilder’s recently launched the developments which will be bringing a range of two to five bedroom homes, ideal for a variety of house hunters including first time buyers looking to step onto the property ladder, and growing families in search of more space.

Cllr Tony Rogers said: “We’re really pleased to welcome the two new housing developments to Chesterfield. Ensuring that there are attractive places for people to live is at the very heart of the council’s housing strategy, and these new properties will provide affordable and modern homes for families in our borough.

“We are excited to watch these developments progress and look forward to seeing local families enjoy their new homes once they are complete.”

As brand new communities, the developments will also underpin approximately 800 jobs for local people during its time and will bring significant investment to the area.
