PART EXCHANGE YOUR WAY TO A NEW HOME IN NEWBURY AT EXCLUSIVE EVENT

Berkshire house hunters wanting to move to a stylish new home without the stress of selling their own are being encouraged to find out more about David Wilson Homes’ Part Exchange scheme at an exclusive event this weekend.

The event, which will take place at Newbury Racecourse on Saturday 3rd September, aims to inform homebuyers of the scheme whilst providing tours of the properties available, with a professional Mortgage Adviser and Sales Adviser on hand to answer any questions.

David Wilson Homes’ Part Exchange scheme offers existing homeowners the opportunity to reserve a brand new home without the need to find a buyer of their own.

The developer will arrange for specialist independent selling agents to value the buyer’s existing home and make an offer based on the agents’ valuations. Once the offer is accepted, buyers can stay in their present home until their new home is complete.

Chanda Chileshe, Senior Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming visitors to our exciting event this weekend, where our team will be on hand to answer any questions about our Part Exchange scheme and provide tours of the development.

“Guests will also be able to receive an insight into what life could be like at the development, and see first-hand how residents are able to enjoy the races from the comfort of their own homes.”

Property hunters can confirm their attendance to the event by emailing [email protected].

Available at David Wilson Homes’ development on Home Straight is a variety of two to five bedroom homes set amongst the exciting and picturesque backdrops of Newbury Racecourse.

Newbury Racecourse is ideal for commuters, with close links to the M4, as well as being under an hour away from London Paddington Station via the onsite train station.

The event will take place from 10:00am to 5:30pm at the David Wilson Homes marketing suite located at Home Straight, Newbury, RG14 7PN.
