Secret Campari Negroni Bar launching at Noodle & Beer
Something mysterious is stirring beneath Soho’s Chinatown…to celebrate Negroni Month this September, Noodle & Beer is partnering with Campari to create a secret Negroni Bar serving up bold modern twists on the world’s number one cocktail. From 4th September – 30th September, guests will be able to enjoy a delicious late night Negroni alongside Noodle and Beer’s decadent selection of noodles, small plates and bar snacks. And to celebrate the campaign launch on 4th September, the first 50 diners can enjoy a free Negroni cocktail of their choosing alongside any main dish.
Already decked out in Negroni-coloured deep reds, the bar will also be adorned with Campari branding and special glasses to bring the partnership to life. This opulent setting, bathed in a soft red glow and hidden away underneath Noodle and Beer’s unassuming ground floor, makes the perfect backdrop for a romantic date night, covert meet-up or secret rendezvous.
The dedicated Negroni menu will include The Classic Negroni (£12.50)- an Italian Classic made with equal parts Campari, gin and sweet vermouth and the perfectly balanced fan favourite. For a Noodle and Beer take on a Sbaglitato, there is the Sparkling Sake Negroni (£12.50), lighter and more effervescent than the classic. Finally, for a fruity twist on the classic there is the Plum Umeshu Negroni (£13.50), where sweet plum Umeshu replaces the vermouth, resulting in a playful cocktail that makes for the perfect palate cleanser.
These rich cocktails will pair perfectly with Noodle & Beer’s fiery, Sichuan-spiced dishes. Start with Crispy Beef Jerky, Courgette Fries or Lang-Ya Tu Dou (potato, coriander, spring onion and pickled veggies). Next dig into the main event, Noodle & Beer’s decadent Dry or Soup Noodle Dishes. Opt for the fan favourite – Super King Braised Beef, or challenge yourself with the super spicy Xian Jiao Niu-Rou, and let a Negroni cool down your mouth!
So head to Chinatown this September and be transported into a speakeasy style sanctuary, indulging in Sichuan spiced delicacies with a Negroni in hand.
