Taste The Future: OmniPork X Royal China Announce New Pioneering Plant Based Menu

OmniPork, the world’s first 100% plant based pork, and the company that puts the planet, people and great tasting food first, has something truly delicious on the horizon. Get your chopsticks at the ready, as this June, OmniPork is touching down in London, with an iconic limited edition menu in renowned Asian restaurant, Royal China Club, at Baker Street.

Made from a blend of pea protein, non-GMO soy, shiitake mushrooms and rice, OmniPork is a highly realistic plant based pork that comes in a ‘raw’ style format, making it the perfect plant based ingredient for scratch cooking, able to take on versatile flavour profiles, unlike other meat alternatives. First developed in Hong Kong, with the ambition of creating a healthier alternative to meat for all, OmniPork has gone on to take the world by storm… and London’s next!

The 100% plant based menu has been devised by Royal China’s award-winning chef, Billy Wong and includes 12 mouthwatering Cantonese dishes that will be available from June – July 2021. From fiery Poached Chilli Dumplings Stuffed with OmniPork, to sumptuous Steamed BBQ OmniPork Buns and a raft of Chef Specials, here’s a taster of what’s on offer:
