‘The Square’ In Bristol launches this summer with Bristol Beach Club

With enough entertainment for all ages, participates have the opportunity to start the day with a spot of sunrise yoga followed by a hearty bowl of fresh healthy breakfast. The games areas will feature dedicated pétanque and corn hole setups alongside a BUMP Roller Disco stage taking up the rest of Millennium Square. Deckchairs will be available throughout the summer to watch popular family films on Big Screen Bristol’s 296 inch display.

Ross Blake, from Pure Spaces says “Being born in raised in Bristol, its always great to come back. After the success of the Apres Bar we were delighted to work again with ‘We The Curious’ and offer something a little different to the people of Bristol. This time we have a little something for everyone, with Games, BUMP Roller Disco, Sunrise Yoga, delicious street food and of course our immersive pop-up beach club where you can get cocktails on tap and relax in your own private cabana! We are only open for 6 weeks, so make sure you pop along and see us” 

The food and drinks area named Bristol Beach Club will host bespoke pop-up converted shipping containers and a rare designed space which isn’t just a bar; guests will be transported to their own little beach holiday right in Bristol city centre. The food comes from The Cowshed: Bristol’s finest butchers and steak restaurant. They’ll bring the best of their flame-grilled succulent BBQ meat. Other food will be provided by Pepe Nero upholding an independent vibe with this family-run business who brought Bristol their first vegan pizza. They’ll be offering some mouth-watering pizzas including vegan and gluten-free options.

‘The Square’ involves a string of outdoor summer activations giving Bristol’s Millennium Square an exciting new look.
