Dr Bijaya Laxmi Gurung brings a wealth of surgical experience to The Treatment Rooms London

The Treatment Rooms London has strengthened their team with a new surgeon, Dr Bijaya Laxmi Gurung. With over five years of extensive surgical experience, she is well positioned to continue the clinic’s emphasis on high-quality, patient-centred care. Based in Putney, The Treatment Rooms London is renowned for being a surgeon-led clinic, ensuring high-quality and safe outcomes for every patient. Dr Gurung will help lead this charge, working with the same patients throughout their entire journey, including initial consultations, the surgical day itself, and the post-operative period.

Dr Gurung joins the clinic having previously managed complex surgical emergencies and elective cases throughout her career. She started with her MBBS, before completing a Master’s degree in General Surgery, becoming competent in a wide range of operative procedures. Dr Gurung passed the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and became GMC registered last year. She is now an Affiliate Member of the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery, honing her extensive experience to transition into hair surgery and provide the best outcome for patients.
