Fashions Finest SS18 celebrates a star-studded season with its first collaboration with the collective of designers from the Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme and the launch of its ‘Let’s Talk Fashion Business’ Panel discussion.

Fashions Finest SS18 during London Fashion Week took place at its usual residence at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms in Holborn, London. It continues to grow a celebrity following from the world of TV, music, sport, entertainment, and fashion. British Soul Legend Omar apologized for being unable to attend over his tour commitments but gave a shout-out to the designers at Fashions Finest. Lizzie Cundy was spotted passing through. TV presenter Gillian McKeith was amongst the celebrity crowd attending along with No5 of the US Billboard single charts, singing sensation Ally Ryan, singer Paul Manners, singer Ian Thomas, TV personality and fighter Alex Reid, Georgia Harrison Chambers Whittle, Boxer Richard Riakporhe, singer Wayne Marshall, singer Tom Beasley, Belgiums rising stars boyband Fourth Kingdom to name a few.

Fashions Finest first season of hosting a collective of designers from the Princes Trust Enterprise Programme alongside British and International design talent, launched under the watchful eye of the international fashion insiders from New York, Germany, London, Paris and more.

Day one saw the collections of British talent Rose Appleton, a slew of German designers such as Berlin-based label AKAME, designer Kim Tiziana Rottmüller, and German designer Marina Willms. Following on were Fleur Angelique, Rose Appleton and Unbridaled Couture.

Closing day one was a fashion collective of eight designers from the Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme that included Babydol Clothing, Quillattire, Vimpelova, ByVarga, War & Drobe, Sheree Robinson Knitwear, Fifth culminating in the finale of Rosie Red Corsetry’s collection of ethereal and hauntingly beautiful fairytale gowns.

On day two at Fashions Finest welcomed it’s guest to catwalk shows of Tahra Nketia, Chaela Rose, Mena Odi Collection, 13 Magpies Design Studio, Helen Howe Atelier, Hey Shorty, Koyawo and closing with luxury jewellery line Jadau by Kanwal Toor.

Guests were able to peruse collections in the popup and exhbition area where Accessory brands Naan Design, jewellery designer Alexandra Jacoumis, J D’Cruz (bags), clothing brand Caroline London, Nomad Design (homewear), Just Kim Prints (bags), Polina Magiy Shoes and Pharrell’s (hats & clothings) are sat up over the two day event. Long-term sponsor Berkshire Beauty pampered guests with complimentary treatments on the day.

This season Fashions Finest hosted their first panel discussion ‘Let’s talk Fashion Business’. ‘Let’s Talk Fashion Business’ is an interactive discussion including Q&A to offer help and advice for emerging brands to grow their business.

This season the panelist were Tracey Sayer fashion director at the Sun’s Fabulous Magazine, US fashion consultant Shelly Pick, celebrity stylist Bernard Connolly and founding director Zack Sartor of ApparelTASKER a garment production service.
