Final homes remain as popular Derby development soars towards sold out status
An affordable new homes development is down to its final two homes after high demand saw 21 Shared Ownership homes snapped up.

Langley Chase in Mackworth has been delivered by leading housing association Platform Home Ownership in partnership with five-star housebuilder Miller Homes.
Three-bedroom styles were the first to be secured at the scheme, less than three miles from the city centre, with a sole two-bedroom terraced style remaining through the affordable scheme.
