OLLY MURS SURPRISE SKY VIP GIG DELIGHTS FANS
Platinum selling singer-songwriter, Olly Murs gave a host of fans a VIP experience they will never forget with a surprise meet & greet and intimate, acoustic performance to launch Sky’s brand-new Sky VIP lounge at the first direct arena, Leeds. Ahead of his nationwide Marry Me tour concert in the main arena, Olly Murs delighted unsuspecting fans gathered at the all-new Sky VIP lounge with acoustic renditions of his biggest hits including ‘Troublemaker’ and ‘Dance with Me Tonight’. One pair of lucky Sky customers were given a truly unique VIP experience with a surprise meet and greet with Olly backstage before the main arena show.
Speaking at the launch of the Sky VIP lounge, Olly Murs said “It’s such an honour to open the very first Sky VIP lounge. I’m more nervous here than I will be in the arena. This is so cool.”
In addition to the 200 unsuspecting Sky VIP customers in attendance were Heart FM DJ, Pandora Christie, local personalities and influencers Luke Vernon, Brandon B and Bella Johnson.

Sky VIP customers can apply for complimentary lounge passes at all Sky VIP lounge venues by going to the Sky VIP section in the My Sky app. The lounges offer a dedicated VIP entrance which will take you through to a private area with a bar to relax and dine in.
Sky will be opening more Sky VIP lounges across the country, including the Utilita Arena Birmingham and OVO Arena Wembley, with further venues to be announced.
