Pillow talk: eve launches self-love sleep innovation, ASMR-otica this Valentine’s Day
Following research revealing a gender sleep gap, eve sleep has launched ASMR-otica this Valentine’s Day – an intoxicating combination of the hottest sleep trends, ASMR and audio erotic fiction for women to help wind down for the perfect night’s sleep.
Half of British women are only getting a good night’s sleep three or less times a week, whilst a quarter of women are averaging four hours per night.
